Brand-Only Encoding AI™ Morning Track

Building your AI-Powered Marketing Engine

Wednesday, September 16, 2026 | Morning, ahead of RMN Americas Ascendant Boot Camp Day 1 | Invite-only

Back by popular demand after an exciting launch in New York this spring, Encoding AI™ is a 2-hour, hands-on working session for brand marketers who are past debating whether AI matters and now have to make it work.

AI is not something that you should leave in the hands of the IT department, nor is it something to fear. This is a “get your hands dirty” session in a safe space where you can work with your peers to describe concrete marketing problems, explore the art of the possible today, and then get into small hands-on-keyboard groups to see what you can accomplish in a morning.

What happens in the room

We start with a candid conversation with brand marketers who've put AI into production: what broke, what stuck, what it cost. We’ll then move to a live demo that resets your sense of what's within reach.

Then, the pivot that defines the morning: you tell us what you wish you had, the room votes, and you build it.

What might you build together? How about a Brief Creator that turns a brief into a stakeholder-ready deliverable? A Knowledge Agent your department can chat with? Or a Dashboard Builder that turns raw campaign data into visual reporting and insights? Each group is anchored by an AI practitioner working alongside you, not presenting at you. No proprietary data required, and no technical background either. If you can describe a problem in plain English, then you can build here.

You'll walk out with

•     Experience building an AI tool, so you can do it again back at your office.

•     A clear-eyed read on where AI creates real leverage in a marketing engine, and where it doesn't yet.

•     Peer benchmarks from brand leaders solving the same problems, including the failures nobody puts in a case study.

•     Relationships with senior peers, forged over a working problem instead of a cocktail hour.

Who's in the room

Approximately 20-30 brand-side executives leading marketing, media, commerce, digital, insights, analytics, or marketing operations. No vendor pitches and no sales conversations — which is why the candor is real. Past cohorts have included senior leaders from companies such as Nestlé, Estée Lauder, and Gold's Gym.
